The employees lift eachother up and are good to one another. That being said the culture from management is one of working with as little workers as possible.
As associates, not corporate level, we understand who we are and how we can work together as a team to provide the best service we can. Corporate needs to know that more with less is not the answer.

Our company as a whole, if you don't know someone in corporate side, they just ignore you when their in stores. If it wasn't for the people working in the stores, working together, this company would go under, underpaid, over priced, and only corporate gets bonus, and trips to Florida every year.
