Being open, honest, and authentic about what they are doing and how they are doing it. Listening and either honoring or rejecting employee requests intentionally rather than blowing them off. Not favoring management in scheduling for a shift.
Being able to manage and hire the correct amount of personnel and scheduling people appropriately for the times needed and overall respect toward each and every employee

Currently our gas station is starting higher than the actual grocery store. People are being hired in at higher rates than employees who have been there and have worked through an entire pandemic. There are places that start at more and we constantly lose employees because of that. That needs work.

Working in close quarters with people often leads to bonds being formed. Many of my coworkers are fun to be around and some can be helpful.

As associates, not corporate level, we understand who we are and how we can work together as a team to provide the best service we can. Corporate needs to know that more with less is not the answer.

Our company as a whole, if you don't know someone in corporate side, they just ignore you when their in stores. If it wasn't for the people working in the stores, working together, this company would go under, underpaid, over priced, and only corporate gets bonus, and trips to Florida every year.
