Great place to work. Good work/lift balance.

I started working as a cashier at family fare. There training was inadequate. They did not accommodate older workers m no modifications for disability. Knee replacements and told to push grocery carts in slippery conditions. Changing hours without notification

It has been very stressful

Work place bullying. Supervisor are crooks and have a team under them the work together and will get rid of anyone that will blow up what thet are doing. HR doesr help. No protection or help when going to upper mangement. Fire you and report to DOL that you quit!! Lies!

I was continually harassed about ours. I was overworked I was told. I had to cover 4 hours of a customer service task. Do a six hour case office job and complete all in eight hours per day

It's a people first environment.

Department leadership doesn't seem to be held accountable for much.

Being open, honest, and authentic about what they are doing and how they are doing it. Listening and either honoring or rejecting employee requests intentionally rather than blowing them off. Not favoring management in scheduling for a shift.

Being able to manage and hire the correct amount of personnel and scheduling people appropriately for the times needed and overall respect toward each and every employee

Understanding we are humans not robots

i would love higher compensation

Currently our gas station is starting higher than the actual grocery store. People are being hired in at higher rates than employees who have been there and have worked through an entire pandemic. There are places that start at more and we constantly lose employees because of that. That needs work.

Under payed.new people shoud not make the same per hour as someone thats been there over 5 years

Working in close quarters with people often leads to bonds being formed. Many of my coworkers are fun to be around and some can be helpful.

We are working together for the best interest of the company however do not feel that we are compensated fairly or heard.

Work together to accomplish our goals. Safety is always first.

Some need to be told their job is to do a certain thing and that they're not a supervisor over other people and that there appear. Opinion has no bearing on some jobs

Be more active in mentoring new hires.

The employees lift eachother up and are good to one another. That being said the culture from management is one of working with as little workers as possible.

As associates, not corporate level, we understand who we are and how we can work together as a team to provide the best service we can. Corporate needs to know that more with less is not the answer.

Everyone works together and wants each other to succeed.

Coworkers are great upper management is not

Our company as a whole, if you don't know someone in corporate side, they just ignore you when their in stores. If it wasn't for the people working in the stores, working together, this company would go under, underpaid, over priced, and only corporate gets bonus, and trips to Florida every year.
