Department leadership doesn't seem to be held accountable for much.
Being open, honest, and authentic about what they are doing and how they are doing it. Listening and either honoring or rejecting employee requests intentionally rather than blowing them off. Not favoring management in scheduling for a shift.
Being able to manage and hire the correct amount of personnel and scheduling people appropriately for the times needed and overall respect toward each and every employee

It has become clear that the leadership is so far removed for the day to day operations at the distribution level that they are not aware that we are in an emergency situation of being force 7 days a week 12 hour days. This situation has been going on for months with no end in sight.
