Working in close quarters with people often leads to bonds being formed. Many of my coworkers are fun to be around and some can be helpful.

We are working together for the best interest of the company however do not feel that we are compensated fairly or heard.

More professional and less back biting

Apologies and to be treated fairly

Bully new people and people the think will whilse blow in what they are doing

Some need to be told their job is to do a certain thing and that they're not a supervisor over other people and that there appear. Opinion has no bearing on some jobs

Be more active in mentoring new hires.

They need to do there jobs better not standing around

Less convicted criminals, more quality workers looking for a career job, as apposed to another job on the way to their next job and so on.

everyone can work better as a team.

The same things need to be expected of everyone.
