The company is stuck in a time warp when other similar companies are looking to improve actoss all areas....
Management clean out and put in new people that care and want to see the family atmosphere we should be about
Get rid of amy berry and make lori sanford store director
Mid and upper level management interfering with the jobs that entry level people have done for many years
Pay needs to be raised. Management needs to help more (mostly store directors)
better GM better work attitude better everything
We must become a premium paying company once again, especially with the starting pay.

Cutting hours to the point of everyone getting over time to fill the lack if help
