What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fresh department managers receive a yearly bonus
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance as well as the HSA and 401K.
The pay is very competitive in the same market.
Working 18 hrsa day we got pizza
You get benefits on the first day of the following month you are hired
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working in close quarters with people often leads to bonds being formed. Many of my coworkers are fun to be around and some can be helpful.
We are working together for the best interest of the company however do not feel that we are compensated fairly or heard.
Work together to accomplish our goals. Safety is always first.
We have fun and try to stay positive
The ability to communicate with them and have them work on the fly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees lift eachother up and are good to one another. That being said the culture from management is one of working with as little workers as possible.
As associates, not corporate level, we understand who we are and how we can work together as a team to provide the best service we can. Corporate needs to know that more with less is not the answer.
Everyone works together and wants each other to succeed.
Coworkers are great upper management is not
Our company as a whole, if you don't know someone in corporate side, they just ignore you when their in stores. If it wasn't for the people working in the stores, working together, this company would go under, underpaid, over priced, and only corporate gets bonus, and trips to Florida every year.

Interview was detailed but fair.
