SpecialtyCare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are better than all other companies I've looked into.

Review from Operations Dept

Paid Time Off and Employer 401K Contributions

Review from Operations Dept

It is very diverse and covers a wide range of compensation.

Fair. Benefits on par with hospitals in most cases.

Performance based plan is great

high deductible plan and 401(k) match

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am forced to do the job of two managing levels above me and do not get compensated for it.

People with the best experience are not considered for promotions.

The work load is HEAVY as they run a skeleton crew and you work from sun up to sundown without any extra compensation for going above and beyond. They lowball you on salary right out of the gate

Hours and difficulty of the job plus paperwork to pay isnt compensated well

There is a large disparity between conpensation level and the expectation for high level performance and length of workdays.

Review from Operations Dept

Not paying us for what we are trained to do compared to other teams around the nation. They pocket a good amount of money from the contracts and pay us little. $2 an hour for being on call?!

Review from Operations Dept

We work in healthcare and have to pay high premiums for terrible coverage. No stock/equity program. We get pto but the managers are sticklers about using it and usually decline requests.

There are managers in the southwest who do not possess the adequate skills, background, or degree to be managing people and determining their salary. Salaries vary widely compared to those in other regions with comparable costs of living and skills.
