Leaders have too much on their hands and cannot keep up with all of the concerns appropriately .

We support and listen to each other. We are always available for questions, lend an ear or give a pep talk. They are one of the primary reasons I have been able to stick around with the company

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was themselves and honest about the work environment
Responsiveness of the HR department. Visiting the hospital and meeting the employees
Meeting the team is extremely important, but now the company has moved to a model of not meeting them personally
