Mr. James A. Hyde, also known as Jim, serves as President of Prepaid & Wholesale Services at Sprint Corporation since June 2016. Mr. Hyde is responsible for developing and driving the prepaid strategy and business across the Boost Mobile and Sprint Prepaid platforms and the legacy Virgin Mobile business. He also manages the relationships with Sprint's Wholesale and Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) customers. He served as an Operating Executive at Falconhead Capital, LLC. He served as Executive Chairman of the Board at CBF Networks, Inc. since February 15, 2016 until July 4, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at NTELOS Holdings Corp. from December 2009 to July 28, 2014. Mr. Hyde served as the Chief Executive officer at Lumos Networks Corp. from December 17, 2009 to October 31, 2011 and its Interim Chief Executive Officer from November 1, 2011 to April 25, 2012 and President from October 2011 to April 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at NTELOS Holdings Corp. since March 31, 2009. He served as a Managing Director of Everything Everywhere Limited and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2009. Mr. Hyde joined T-Mobile UK Limited in January 2006 and served as a Managing Director. He served as Chief Executive Officer of EE Limited until March 2009. He served as an Executive Advisor to the T-Venture Funds. He joined T-Mobile USA in 1997. He served at by Deutsche Telekom and VoiceStream Wireless, from 1997 to 2009. He served as Chief Executive of U K Mobile Operation at Deutsche Telekom AG since January 2006. From 2002 to January 2006, Mr. Hyde served as Vice President of U.S. Indirect Sales and Sales Operations for T-Mobile USA. Since 2000, he served as Executive Director of U.S. Sales Operations for VoiceStream Wireless and, following Deutsche Telekom's July 2001 acquisition of VoiceStream he held this position until 2002. He joined VoiceStream Wireless in 1997 as a Director of Regional Indirect Sales and Operations. He started his career with Prudential Services, moving to Toll Free Cellular in 1995. He is a Director of CBF Networks, Inc. since January 13, 2016. Mr. Hyde has served on the Board of Directors, and was Vice Chairman of the Board for the Competitive Carriers Association. He also served on the Board of Directors of CTIA. He served as a Director of NTELOS Holdings Corp. from December 17, 2009 to July 28, 2014. He served as a Non-Executive Board Director of Lumos Networks Corp. from February 16, 2011 to September 2014. He has over 10 years' experience in the mobile world, with particular expertise in customer sales and service. He is a former Olympic athlete and was a member of the 1988 USA Olympic Weightlifting Team that competed in the Summer Games of the XXIV Olympiad in Seoul, South Korea. Mr. Hyde was educated at Arizona State University.
