Jan Geldmacher — President of Sprint Business at Sprint

Mr. Jan Geldmacher has been President of Sprint Business at Sprint Corporation since August 22, 2016. Mr. Geldmacher served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Americas at Vodafone Global Enterprise Limited since July 2012 until August 2016. He served as Chief Commercial Officer of the Enterprise Business Unit at Vodafone D2 GmbH since September 1, 2008 until August 2016. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Deutschland Gmbh, an affiliate of Vodafone Group plc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Britsh Telecom BT (Germany), a unit of Bt Group Plc from April 19, 2005 to 2008. He served as the Director of Telecommunications Services and Head of Networks Services Service Line at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH (now T-Systems International GmbH). He served as Head of the Business Customer Unit for Vodafone Germany at Vodafone Group plc. Mr. Geldmacher has a broad national and international experience in the telecommunications industry and served for T-Systems as Member of the Executive Board from 2001 to 2004 and was responsible for managing the national and international telecommunications business and in addition, heading the Board of Infonet Germany for three years. He started his Professional Career at NCR/AT&T in Augsburg and Hannover in various sales executive positions until 1995 and served at&T in San Diego, California, USA. Since 1996, he served various executive positions in sales areas at Meganet, Vebacom and o.tel.o. In 1999, he joined debis Systemhaus, where he was responsible for Network Operations & International Support in the Telecommunications Services area. He served as Head of International Networks & Joint Ventures (NI3) at Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn from 2000 to 2001. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Geldmacher served as Vice President of Network Operations & International Support Telecommunications Services (TCS) at Debis Systemhaus in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. He also served as Key Account Manager, Head of Cologne/D??sseldorf Branch and subsequently Head of Sales Partner Management from 1996 to 1999 at Debis Systemhaus. He serves as the Head of the Supervisory Board at Infonet Deutschland GmbH. He has been a Member of Board of Advisors at Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. since January 19, 2016. He served as Member of the Supervisory Board at T-Systems Japan and T-Systems Siris. He served as a Director of Magyar Telekom Telecommunications Public Limited Company since 2002. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Eutelsat S.A. since September 2002. Mr. Geldmacher graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne in 1990.
