Ms. Karen Paletta has been President of the New York City, New Jersey, Central Pennsylvania and Delaware Region at Sprint Corporation since January 1, 2016. Ms. Paletta is responsible for sales strategy, network oversight, customer service, marketing communications and general operations supporting the full portfolio of Sprint products and services from enterprise to consumer. She remains in her current position as regional vice president for consumer sales in the Northeast until the new regional structure is rolled out next year. She was named Sprint president of the New York City, New Jersey, Central Pennsylvania and Delaware Region. She is a proven leader with an outstanding track record of delivering results in the Northeast. She has also developed strong relationships throughout the New York and Philly Tri-State region. She served as Regional Vice President for consumer sales in the Northeast and has nearly two decades of experience leading sales, distribution and operations functions at Sprint. Before joining Sprint, she served for Bell Atlantic Mobile.
