Mr. Timothy M. Donahue, also known as Tim, serves on Board of Directors of Iron Horse Acquisition Corp. He serves as the President of Kansas & Missouri Region at Sprint Corporation since December 2015 and Vice President of Consumer & General Business Web, Telesales and Field Marketing. Mr. Donahue served as Strategic Advisor of Dolphin Equity Partners, L.P.
