What did you like most about the interview process?It was many years ago, but it was straight forward process.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people here are always willing to listen and share ideas.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?To have any culture at all. Individualism doesn't exist. If they could hire robots, they would. (Litetally in a meeting about setting up more automation and mass loss of jobs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?It's all about them and not the employees. They just point and that's the person to blame. Never do they accept responsibility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Systems, leadership, lack of respect from management basically told to put up or shut up. Long term employees.are not rewarded effectively. New hires are coming in on more than people who have been doing the job for years and there's no way for managers to address it so existing staff are leaving.
