My partners working on the floor with me

Autonomy, trust, kindess, care, rationale

It is temporary and I do not have to worry about food security when at work since I know I will be guaranteed at least 1 meal while I am on the clock.

Review from Operations Dept

Repeat customers coming back and chatting with us!

The ability to develop while at work in my position and future positions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Starbucks is focusing on the wrong things. Writing on cups and promoting for here is not important right now. Pay your workers, don't bust your unions, and have a CEO that doesn't need to private jet to work every day.

Well having enough people to staff during busy times and not left hanging to work 50+ customers on a two man team

Hire better staff members who are willing to put in effort to make the comapny grow and have a good work environment.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The part that is going wrong is the negatibe working environment where i feel like workers separte into groups and judge others

Sometimes we run out of items and our cash registers don't accept any Starbucks gift cards. People get mad because of that and even one guy shouted at me because I told them we don't accept Starbucks gift cards because they haven't been working with our machine lately.

The handling of the unionization effort is destroying the companies reputation. They need to reevaluate how they are handling it or they will no longer be the progressive company they claim to be.

A toxic supervisor affects the environment for all.

Manager and shifts shoudl be swapped or maybe managemnet needs someone new who is not manic one day and the next looks like she will yell at you, when you are trying your best.

Allow stores to unionize. If Starbucks goes under it will be corporates fault. They turned the public and the labor against them. They live their pockets while partners go hungry

Eveything is going wrong tof

Stop compartmentalizing work, give people smaller territories with more support

...you guys could start by offering a competitive wage. From our window we can see burger king makes more.

Too many mobile orders, not enough staff

I think the manager could communicate better with staff. The training is a mess. If you want your customers to be happy, your employees need to be happy.

fire the manager at my store

New staff all the way.

Employees are not paid appropriately. Raises are not granted based on tenure or experience. Our workload, standards and expectations are constantly increasing but no added incentive for employees in terms of wage increases or bonuses. Customers are aloud and encouraged to mistreat employees.

Review from Sales Dept

After Schultz stepped down, employees were not communicated to from corporate any more and marketing tactics became schemes fishing for more business without allowing proper labor hours to complete business tasks. One the side of social politics, they are a reactive company instead of proactive.

Review from Sales Dept

Almost everything to be honest

Review from Sales Dept

our manager is not doing her job well. the majority of supervisors and staff are not supported
