Startek Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I highly value the remote work and flexible hours provided. However, to stay competitive and maintain long-term motivation, I believe the package should also include performance-based bonuses or yearly increments to reflect the team's hard work

The best part of the compensation package for me is the medical coverage. It provides peace of mind knowing that healthcare needs; whether routine check-ups or unexpected situations are well supported. I also appreciate that it often extends to dependents, which shows the company genuinely cares.

Well, they cover the basic benefits package, and more, esp. at my level, which is nice, and incl. parking, health insurance, travel expenses and phone coverage. The benefits I am most appreciative of are the stability, career growth, and flexible work arrangements. That's why I've been here!

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Salary is low..... increment is terrible.... they do not value the hard work we do

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 6 days ago

I feel undervalued when my hard work, effort, and contributions are not fully recognized or fairly rewarded. It becomes discouraging when expectations increase without proper appreciation or compensation. Fair pay, recognition, career growth, and open communication would help me feel more motivated.

The compensation given is barely enough to keep a healthy life when comes to spending on medical bills which which some of the check up is not covered under the medical card receive as a perks for the company employee. Furthemore it is insufficient for Gym subscription to maintain a healthy body.
