In the beginning it was all good because I thought after my interview I would get a 90-day evaluation and be considered for a raise . I was promised $12.50 and ended up being paid 1225 without my consent or knowledge. It is the absolute the worst experience I've ever had at a job
What makes you most happy at work?
Teamwork and communication and the will to always help team members out no matter what position you hold
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately at the location of Vero Beach there is nothing I like about the leadership team they were always on commutative argumentative and very negative
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that no matter how many complicated situations are managers put us in without any consent or sensitivity towards the team we always help each other out but unfortunately that only lasts while you work there
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The team leaders need to be more sensitive about what employees are dealing with and going through and knowledgeable during scheduling. And should be always looking for ways to inspire and uplift their employees. Happy birthday congratulations for graduating etc
