What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honesty, hiring-candidate selection, scheduling, communication, integrity, presence when needed, training, overall leadership/management, payroll management, staffing, business development, dictation and largely accountability. Comfort and pride is placed higher than the perfomance of the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We all agree that this job is a dead end due to the dishonesty and unwillingness of management to work with, train, or give raises to their dwindling staff while being expected to pick uo the extra slack.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get paid 13/hr with continuously increasing job responsibilities, random schedule changes with no communication, being lied to about wages as well as job placement when i was moved out of an affiliate company(port 17) to assist with a short staffing issue then permanently stuck there. (Plus more)
