Some great people here, but sadly, they are all micro managed to a point where they are unable to bring any new ideas to the table.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The whole SLT plays CYA and manages up to the CEO with a completely different version of the day to day. The brand will be gone in ten years if not sold to someone else.
