The employees care about the customers. If it were up to management we’d have no customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The little people run the store. Management just sits around and collect a paycheck meanwhile all the little people are going crazy running the restaurant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it’s ridiculous that you have to be a manager to get a paid vacation. I also find it ridiculous that after working a year or more you can get insurance but with a high deductible that’s just ridiculous
