Communication. Also training our new employees more thoroughly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very quick and they get you working within a few days
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes its frustrating because alot of the people who work there dont really care about their job and don't want to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our GM seems very overwhelmed and its because hes understaffed, so he desperately hires almost anyone who applies. He has trouble keeping (good) employees
