i love to work but this company needs help with their managers badly. i think that all the managers need to retake the managers courses again because its like they dont know what they are doing and they dont care about the store, workers, or the people that come to order food.

we need managers that will help us when they see we are falling behind

we need good managers. we need managers that are welling to work with us and not try to belittle us.

i feel i am undervalued because i work my behind off and all the managers do is complain and make our work harder than it need to be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we try to help each other out when we can. i know i get into trouble for staying later to make sure the next shift is all ready for their shift.
