Being around other people and excited to have fun and a good/productive day

They're always trying to motivate everyone, even if they're not in the greatest mood themselves.

My interviewer asked me some pretty good questions and the interview itself was very easy and quick
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, everyone is happy and excited to come in. We have a great team and 3 great managers to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never feel appreciated. I'm always doing so much extra work and overtime and I don't mind it, but I really wish I was feeling appreciated for doing so.
