What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

NO good plan from the CEO.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better selection process and training. Management need to be leaders. Most are not.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The questions were so shallow a 4th grader could get a job here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for all associates. Treat people with dignity and respect.Top leadership needs to look closely in the mirror.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Treat me like a responsible part of the company. Meaningful yearly reviews, bigger base and bonus. I am part of the team not the enemy!'

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

New energetic, smart, experienced and most of all showing respect to Associates and Managers from the very top. Every problem or missed opportunity is a blame game with a lot of intimidation.
