Everyone but the manager/owner is great and actually do their job.the owner dont even know how to cook

Was a different manger at time so he was so kind to work something out with my illness
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager said I cant work till I'm not sick with liver disease.so I think honoring doctors note would help but not by much.
