The members are well respected by their peers and given special recognition at events and meetings throughout the year. In the front of the house, we take care of our customers. In the back of the house, we take care of each other. Our employee funded and employee managed Associate Emergency Foundation has provided over a quarter of a million dollars in financial assistance to current employees since its beginning. The point is, Steak n Shake values people and wants to make their work environment enjoyable. Our fast paced work environment attracts candidates that long for more than just a desk job.
