New managment because they dont know how to treat employees

I like the changes that the company is making to improve company, be more self eficient and easier processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
people that are starting with no experience are getting paid $ 19.84+ starting pay an employee that has been here for years is not making and has to teach new employees but they get the money and a bonus incentive something old employees never got. Not a fair tear when u move with in.
