My teammates. Eventhough weve lost a few recently, are all hard workers. Plus we help each other

They dont even have a correct comp plan for the current year. Also, they arent paying completely for what you sell

Listen to the people who actually interact with customers daily. Show accountability for their actions which have actually lead to the issues within the company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs to accept accountability for their failures. Stop the blame game. Let the local operations have more control. Do away with centralization of every aspect of the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete overhaul of leadership. Its terrible. They also need to return to give the local offices more decision making abilities. After all who knows the local customer better than the people who services them.? Stop having every aspect of the company centralized. Leadership to show accountability
