
I really like my supervisor and our management team. I feel the executive team and the sales department are driving this company down.
I like the variety of different customers each day. I enjoy the physical nature of the job. I enjoy seeing my coworkers each day.
It was relaxed. I did not feel uneasy. They asked great questions and allowed me to ask questions. They took me on a tour of the facility.
The attitude of the drivers for the most part is positive. I believe our supervisor team and dispatcher are not appreciated. They have put in a lot of hours over the past 2 years with COVID and project Monarch. They are frustrated. They are trying, but this system is not making anything easier.
I think the pay scale is outdated. The drivers are by far the face of the company. Any time a customer has an issue, they sit on hold with customer service and the issue never gets resolved. Then when the driver shows up, they get to hear the complaint and have to deal with it.
