They do not appreciate employees and some management targets younger employees. Working in Northern California I have had HR calling me on a no show no call when I had no schedule. Ridiculous

When I am able to provide the service and have the materials to do so.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is lacking. Leadership should have a direct line of communication with employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be communication and there are never enough containers. This occurs every week since being hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are limited in salary and there are no substantial increases. Living in the Bay Area of California on less than $25 an hour is nearly impossible.
