The benefits are very easy to setup and are much better than my former plans elsewhere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows we are here to get stuff done, truly hard working teams. Nothing is personal and easy to have difficult conversations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very welcoming, managers and execs make it a pretty equal environment. Clear duties for myself and team mates who all seem to get along and would have get togethers before covid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management and execs I have worked with are receptive to bottom up suggestions and solutions. Not all pains are addressed day one, but are worked out with time. Good to be heard.
