Experience has been great, thus far

We've had our ups & downs over the years, but the last couple of years there has been a remarkable change in executive leadership and workplace culture. I'm excited to come to work and feel that I can changes that will improve our customers experience.

I have been working for Stop & Shop for 21 years this August, I recently became a full time employee & I only got a $3.00 raise after 21 years of loyal service with this company. It is not fair & no matter who u talk to about anything, no one cares. Plus, new hires now start @ $15, I only make $18
