Overall nothing but positive. No company is perfect and after working (for years) else where I find S&S and the atmosphere here much better.

The Team all appears approachable, attentive, and prone to action.

Coworkers, managers, and the type of work I am doing.

My compensation is in-line, I feel, with my job responsibilities and I feel fair.

They are available and approachable when issues arise. They are friendly and down to earth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management appears to be concerned with our well-being, more so after Covid. The atmosphere is friendly and open.
What makes you most happy at work?
Glad to be working, good pay/benefits, great team members, and good manager (and managers on top of my manager)
What are some of the best things about your team?
From my department to the many I need to work with the majority of persons are friendly, helpful, and fun to work with.
