Good pay and good people great place to grow

At store level there is absolutely no support from leadership. responsibilities are off the chart especially when your down department managers . We were down five department managers and all responsibilities fall on the store with no support outside the store. Alarming !

I have been with the company 33 years and love my job. I am worried about the overall health of the brand and the direction senior leadership sometimes steers us

I like working for the company but I feel that management is not aware of all of the challenges the stores have with hiring and retaining people. In NJ because of the rate of pay it is difficult to fill open full time positions.

they have monthly calls to discuss where we are as a brand

I like my district and region leaders. They try and care about their people

They care about the customer experience and are trying to invest in new technology.

Not curse on the phone to managment or belittle us.

Blue cross, good insurance is very important to me

The yearly bonus has been great

The amount of vacation time off

I'm a long time employee and the compensation grow as you tenure.

Dependent care helps with high day care bills

I would like to be respectfully treated like a person .

I feel like the amount of time I spend at work especially away from family time is not compensated better. Also bonus for non store managers should be higher

There is no reason or benefit to stay for the long term when you can leave and make more money if you came back we pay people who come from outside of the company more money than people who have shown commitment and drive and have been passed up. - we are not compensated nearly enough

We have people coming from outside the company making more money than people who have been here their entire careers, and it is not even close. Some of these people make an extra 15-20k a year than store managers who had 20 years in with the company. There is no incentive to stay here long term.

Not enough talent being hired and for development. Not enough budgeted hours in stores to get the jobs done correctly for our customers and compliance. Stores are always chasing to get everything accomplished in the course of the day.

There is too much noise everyday and we are not addressing the hiring issue we are just cutting hours and outsourcing labor we can give clearer direction better plans better hours treating people better , better pay, better work life balance

There is a disconnect between how to move up in the company and how to actually do it. I have been following the guidelines on how to move up, and I am not 3 years behind where I wanted to be, all because I did what I was suppose to. There is also too much work and not enough flexibility.

while its understood about trying to meet metrix goals in each department, hours each period do not correlate to work load. ie cao/ marty 2.0 is much more time consuming than hours given. hydra hours and cao hours should be revisited

I feel like i walk on eggshells and leadership is going to come at me. Nobody ever gets compliments we just get told we are bad managers.
