At store level there is absolutely no support from leadership. responsibilities are off the chart especially when your down department managers . We were down five department managers and all responsibilities fall on the store with no support outside the store. Alarming !

I personally like working and developing people in a positive way, unlike leadership.

I'm able build my own team at store level, AND IGNOR THE MADNESS. Just too much !
