What do you like best about the leadership team? They listen to the team
What did you like most about the interview process? They grade fairly and I was able to be hired by being myself.
What makes you most happy at work?I like that my work schedule is lax, I get a much better sleep schedule instead of waking up extremely early in the morning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I accepted a promotion and offer leader and was never granted the raise and later found out I was being paid less than half of my counterparts despite turning around a failing campus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? For the amount of work we do - and abuse we receive - we are not paid fairly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I don't even know how they can improve - close down, maybe?
