The managers are married and abuse the power carolyn fires people by putting in complaints that arent real and the owner refuses to act on it

Employees are not managers taking care of scheduling having two different people to report to and neither of them contact or respond back, cutting hours with no recent explain, seeming to be punished for requesting vacation time within three months ahead of time

Look for a new supervisor

There is no training or product knowledge. The managers sit there and talk shit about everyone everyday. They dont lead by example and they think because theyre higher up that they can talk to treat us disrespectfully and however they want to.

Lack of management, lack of team communication actually letting people have a day off to spend with their families during school functions instead of having to depend on same person 24 seven and also be able to give flexible hours when asked by employees
