Everything needs to be improved. From the top down. Why cant an employee speak to someone directly and only customers can submit complaints
Being a team everyone that works there is family and best friends store side and subway and they are all stealing food out the cooler and taking up for each other
Hourly is not fair for a restaurant manager. You cannot fire us for talking to sandwich artists and telling them to get off their smartphones and stop texting in front of customers

Just wanted to be treated with some respect it isn't hard. My toddler can do it. Made me feel less than because I was the most recent hire yet the only one that actually worked when I came in. I want my missed day that I should've had if it wasn't for some stupid beef with dearest manager.

It was easy because I never received an interview. I took the Subway University test in one day and was making sandwiches the next... Closing the store by the end of the week by myself. Again it reflects on poor management.
