They also tell me that I need to lie To the health inspector about how many pieces of meat we put on our sandwich, our store is filthy because nobody else cleans on their shift and my manager doesn't even follow the Washington state dishwashing protocols, constantly Cooking food and dirty dishes
Teamwork and being kind and understanding and not throw a little child fit
Maybe don't make your manager the alcoholic on staff and don't take everything they say as honest cause it isn't. Also listen to your employees when they are telling you something isn't right.
I was trained for two days and on the third day expected to close the store by myself. What happened to training for 2 weeks like most? The store needs to be investigated and audited. I feel bad for the owners.
Just wanted to be treated with some respect it isn't hard. My toddler can do it. Made me feel less than because I was the most recent hire yet the only one that actually worked when I came in. I want my missed day that I should've had if it wasn't for some stupid beef with dearest manager.
Higher pay, any benefits. Any help for overtime/weekend. Literally anything.
Compensation is satisfactory but benefits leave much to be desired.

I have to assume the position of a manager and tell people to pick up the pace then the immature kids report me cause they feel as if I'm attacking them. They don't understand how a job works. The manager doesn't talk to me about issues so they just took my tomorrow shift from me

It was easy because I never received an interview. I took the Subway University test in one day and was making sandwiches the next... Closing the store by the end of the week by myself. Again it reflects on poor management.
Actually keep there word after hiring you
