    It's a lost cause without eliminating politics. All of our furniture will retire, have health complications, find a better job, or get buyouts. Leadership will fail and churn. Talented employees will find better jobs. New employees will churn. Locals and loyalists under 60 will keep things the same.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Leadership has not figured out how to improve silos and improve collaboration. Employees are under-supported. Improving culture, IT, and staffing levels will improve morale and organically produce better results.
