At least $5 - $10 more per hour.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Negotiating with contracting employers. We get the short end of the stick on EVERY deal.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My same level direct co-workers are mostly great, There are always individuals whom I don't like but you get that anywhere.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To feel like our suggestions for tool improvement are actually heard instead of ignored. Tools and Wiki's need to be kept up-to-date.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are contracted to take calls for the most hated company in America. We aren't allowed to hang up on abusive customers. Seriously.
