Meetings end after training is complete, and only scheduled to reprimand employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Improvement will come upon moving on from the position to any alternative.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Given the assignment I was hired for, I knew it would be difficult, but we were assured through five weeks of training about how much “Support” we would have in production. There is no such thing. Secondly, the QA evaluations are a joke because of the lack of help when needed.
