The knowledge that I am learning how to satisfy customers

The training class I am in has a lot of characters and the trainers understand this and almost encourage it

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This is a work-from-home position, so the culture is going to be self-paced. But it seems to encourage excellence

What did you like most about the interview process?

That they were flexible and utilized technology. This was the first time I used a webcam for an interview

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I'm only in training and so far, so good. They do a good job keeping us informed, they seem to show a commitment to having the employees ready to help their clients too.
