
More face to face interaction would be ideal.
Less time waiting would make for a better interview process.
Motivating workers and being consistent in the way they conduct business matters.
There's just not enough motivation. Increasing pay and coherency in employee duties would help.
They offer remote work, which allows for me to work in a more comfortable setting.
It's hard work for minimum wage. The company is based out of California and they have a much higher minimum wage than the state I work remotely from. I hear conflicting things from managers and higher ups.
