Leadership has always been transparent. From the very first quarterly meeting I attended, I knew I was in the right place. SWCA cares about their employees and truly wants to provide the best work environment. I feel lucky to be here.

Pay structure is fair and bonuses are great. There are also small perks like lunches provided for staff meetings and a stipend for a local farm stand.

I am glad I get to explain my response. I am new to SWCA, and took a pay cut to come here, but I have discovered that SWCA's pay is lower than average. That is fine right now because I am still learning. I want to see how the bonus situation pays out because it may bring me to my previous pay.
Our salaries (specifically for planners) are below comparable positions of our competitors. Health insurance is good, but doesn't cover as much compared to other plans.
The standard "merit" increases seem lower than then bare minimum. Many employees are told they are doing exceptional work and then get a 1-2% raise- that does not seem accurate for "exceptional" work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers in particular provide unnecessary criticism when they are stressed out.
A fully remote model poses may challenges to communication that I don't think SWCA has been able to fully overcome. It has created a lack of cohesiveness and comradery that leaves you feeling like its every man for himself instead of a group of people working together to accomplish a common goal.
Many of the co-workers i worked closely with in the psst have left SWCA. I don't feel the connevtion that i omce had
