It's a great experience knowing the company truly empowers it's employees to make decisions and take good care of customers (some companies don't walk the talk, but Sweetwater is 100% about taking really good care of people).

Every executive here is not only highly talented, but great people. Having them on site every day also allows them to all be tied closely with the needs of the business!

Being that everyone is located in Fort Wayne, the leadership team is close to the day-to-day operation, which allows for a large company like Sweetwater to be dynamic and make smart decisions.
