Great company for where it is located. Good company values, true midwestern spirit, and we do a lot to improve the Fort Wayne community and beyond. The refusal to be flexible with working from home is a huge drawback that may bite us in the near future.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with mostly musicians brings a fun environment where people don't have to be overly serious (while maintaining professionalism)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a severe lack of privacy among the workspace. Additionally, as a non-musician working at a music company, I often feel left out (I guess that might be my own fault)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A popular saying around the company is "it depends". Nothing is really ever set in stone here; I don't feel like there are quantifiable goals to strive for, especially as a salaried employee. I feel like 'how good of a job I'm doing' is all based on feelings and vibes only.
