I've been here many years now and Sweetwater seems to get better every year. I feel I couldn't expect to find a better employer anywhere else and surely there's no room for improvement. Yet every year there are new benefits, professionally or as part of the benefits package... and usually both.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work alongside some very smart people to solve challenges and achieve great things. Working in this kind of environment makes me very happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Sweetwater is creative, clever, exceptionally empathetic with employees, and organized. They regularly launch new benefit programs to add to a long list of an already remarkable benefits package.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay, days off, insurance options, health credits on premiums, the company match on a 401k, and regular profit sharing contributions come to mind... not to mention the on-site and totally free medical clinic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has collected a talented workforce who unite around the universal language of music. There is a top down love for music and collaboration with coworkers. Nobody is unapproachable, doors are always open. Feedback and ideas are regularly solicited.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every member of my team is invested in departmental and company goals, yet all act with both professionalism and care for each other. Before meetings begin you'll see a lot of laughter and smiles. There is consistent optimism in this company and coworkers encourage your contribution to the team.
