As the years have progressed the company has changed. My direct report has changed. My interaction with this person and relationship, while friendly and personal, seems distance in a professional sense. The company has been good to me. I have no leadership encouragement and feel pigeon holed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their dedication to their work. They are effective and enthusiastic about what they do. They have passion and love their work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Positive interaction with our customers. Not receiving their praise, but seeing them happy to interact with us and having a positive experience with our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A comfortable paycheck. I am able to pay bills and save and I have a retirement plan that seems, at least, stable for the time being.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly don't have a "like best" answer. I appreciate that they are moving this company further. I feel they believe in the goals and direction of the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude of the coworkers. Our team members at Sweetwater love what they do. One issue is as things change with this company the personal passion is changing. It is becoming more of a "job" and less of a passion for the career that you have.
