We're all on the same wavelength of taking care of each other, across departments too. It's personally rewarding when we all come together with like goals and achieve a pretty amazing outcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is constantly evolving our culture to keep up with modern times while also keeping our 40 year history-rich culture in tact in "doing the right thing" for all involved in the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with the team and accomplishing tasks and goals together. Seeing team members succeed in their career endeavors. Receiving positive customer feedback that can be passed on to all those involved is also something that makes me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is passionate, which is unmatched in most other company cultures. We're determined to meet our customers needs, whatever it takes, and they all work hard with the mission of the company in mind: do the right thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance rates seem to be good comparatively speaking to other employers of similar size in the area. Allowing a healthy amount of PTO to accrue over years of tenure is great for anything that arises throughout the year, in addition to rolling over some of the balance, is helpful.
