How much we care about each other. I know that my team supports me, and they know I support them.

The people on my level care and care a lot about how things are done for their customers, internal and external.

Their approachability. I have always felt that you can speak to anyone in the upper echelon of this company, no matter your position.

My team is collaborative and we invest in each other. Wherever I have worked in this company, I have experienced nothing but the best interpersonal relationships with my peers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do a lot of things that are outside of my role because they are the right thing to do, but it isn't always acknowledged. I am not miserable but I think I offer a lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My particular team does what they say, and say what they do. They telegraph what they are doing and keep me informed of the intent behind it. If something isn't going as intended that is communicated quickly and is not kept secret.
