I've worked in several industries, and truly appreciate all that Sweetwater provides. There are definitely opportunities for improvement - communication, and accountability for instance. Both have changed in a positive direction since Chuck's departure. No knock on Chuck, just an observation.

Sweetwater has studied compensation and adjusted, when needed to make sure people are paid appropriately.

Thinking like a big corporation, acting like a small business where employees are a major focus.

They focus on work life balance, care about the well being of the employee and my family.

CEO knows my name and CARES ABOUT ME. My manager is invested in my success personally and professionally.

Keeping costs in check despite rising costs. They are also very good benefits compared to other plans out there.

We have been given a clear goal, the tools to achieve them, and then we are left to do the work with minimal interference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership, for the most part is very hands on and in tune with the work demands for the employees and help to provide necessary tools to achieve success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are seeing annual reviews and pay adjustments. While many of my friends are seeing large increases in benefits, our have stayed virtually flat the past several years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
"Do the right thing" is more than just a hollow motto at Sweetwater. That is a part of the everyday at this organization, and I am proud to be a part of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am on is very high functioning - like to work hard / play hard. That is an often used phrase that is frequently over stated, but it is truly in place in my area.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not culture, but I would encourage Sweetwater to continue looking at time off policy. Overall the benefits package is solid, but that is an opportunity for improvement. The culture is solid. I would say that while we say we communicate well, there are pockets within the company where that's not true
